Meet Our Pastor and Staff

Pastor Todd and Diane Crofford planted Real Life Wesleyan Church in September 2009. Todd serves as senior pastor and Diane is the music director.  It was their privilege and challenge to relocate from Southern Delaware where they served as Senior Pastor at Laurel Wesleyan Church for almost 14 years.  Todd has a passion for communicating the gospel in the most simple way possible and believes Real Life has been strategically placed to Introduce Southern Maryland to a relationship with Christ.  Todd and Diane have five amazing children whom they consider their first mission field.  They also live with one spoiled dog, and a somewhat spoiled Mother-in-Law who has been with them for over a decade now. Their interests include music and racquetball, but their deep passions are for one another and for their Savior.

Anna Williams has been serving as office manager since September 2010. She is married to Joe and they are proud "parents" of Blue and Reesee, their mini-Dachshunds.

Jimmy Simon serves as assistant to the Music director.  He loves to play music of all styles and adds a unique flavor to every worship service.

Chris and Meredith Wood moved here from just south of Boston, Massachusetts. Between them both, they have 15 years of experience with Youth and Children’s ministries. They each have a degree in Modern Music Ministry; Chris with an emphasis in Worship Leadership and Meredith in Vocal Performance. For Chris, a perfect day would consist of football, hot wings, and a round of Frisbee golf and for Meredith, a spa, endless chocolate, and a walk on the beach!
